Use compatible pots with magnetic bases (e.g. stainless steel, cast iron, etc.). The system will not detect thin enamel, copper, glass, or aluminum pots.

Yes. Child lock can be used in two ways:
Lockout when not in use: The control panel is completely disabled, preventing the system from being operated accidentally.
Locking during cooking: Since the control panel is touch-sensitive while cooking, it provides protection against hand impact and prevents the selected setting from being changed.
The DEXCOOK stove system is offered in two modules and can be expanded as needed. Each two-burner module has a control panel.
No. Small metal objects (forks, knives, rings, etc.) are not detected by the system. The system only recognizes compatible pots and containers.
For DEXCOOK to work, the minimum container diameter must be 12 cm. The system will not activate in smaller containers.
It is compatible with 110V and 220V electrical infrastructure and has single-phase support. This allows for shipping and installation anywhere in the world.
DEXCOOK saves 46% energy and operates at 98% efficiency. Fast cooking mode doesn't increase energy consumption; on the contrary, it reduces overall consumption because it produces results in a shorter time.
DEXCOOK's charging area is compatible with devices that support the Qi standard, such as phones, headphones, smartwatches, and tablets. Metal accessories or thick cases may interfere with charging.
Yes. The cooking and wireless charging systems are independent of each other and can be used simultaneously.
DEXCOOK is offered exclusively with its specially developed DEXCOOK porcelain stoneware. This stone is scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, impact-resistant, and heat-resistant. It is also resistant to acids and bases. The system and stone are designed as a single unit. Other types of stone are not compatible with the system and cannot be used.
The DEXCOOK stone must be a single piece. Different openings are not permitted on the stone. A separate module must be selected for sink integration. If a single piece is used, a minimum distance of 100 cm must be left between the stovetop and the sink.
In areas with interactive zones, installation is performed only by a certified installation team. The certified team performs the installation themselves. In areas without interactive zones, the product is shipped as a compact, ready-made module, and the installation is completed by the user with online support. DEXCOOK is sold as a complete system. Cooking and wireless charging functionality are not available on their own without a stone; all the components are designed to work together.
